Jake Draviczki is a Registered Dietitian who creates easy to digest nutrition, fitness, and wellness content on Instagram and YouTube that has earned him a loyal and continuously growing fanbase. In light of ongoing stay-at-home habits and the approaching winter months, Jake joined us to share some of his expertise and tips on how to stay well healthy during the holidays.
