In this episode, LA native, Jamal Hill takes us through his journey living and swimming with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) - a hereditary neurological condition that can result in progressive loss of muscle tissue and touch sensation in the body to become the number one ranked US Paralympic swimmer in the 100 Free and number 22 in the world. Hear all about learning to swim in as little as five hours, through his nonprofit, Swim Up Hill, where all you need is, “a bowl, a bench, and a bucket!”
