* We’ve all heard the verse “judge not lest ye be judged.”

* We know we are to make proper judgments.

* A proper judgment is one that lines up with the ruling of the Judge.

* In this verse we see that God is the judge who determines what is right and wrong.

* We are not to sit in the seat of this judge and determine for ourselves.

* We are to simply line up with what he says.

* If we don’t then we become a law unto ourselves - we become the lawmaker.

* So when we say something like “marriage is between a man and woman,” we’re not judging - we’re simply siding with the creator and judge of marriage.
