Welcome to episode #75. Today, we will draw from the book of James from the Bible and the book of Proverbs. Both books contain a lot of teaching and wisdom. Both of these books, James and Proverbs, fit perfectly with our Simple Steps way. Our mission statement is:  We guide you toward new habits so that you can strengthen your connection to God and your body. By seeking God through the wisdom in both James and Proverbs, you will gain practical application that will help you live at peace with God and your body. You will live more and more as the person you were meant to be. 

Simple Steps:

  1. Read or listen to James Chapter 1. Write down where I see God? And/or what is God saying to me?

  2. Read or listen to Proverbs until you hear 1 takeaway. Write it down. 

  3. Ask God, “How do you want me to apply this to my life?”
