1997 Interview by Steve Bowers with investigator John Billings, who was working with James Earl Ray and believed someone else killed Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.,  and political writer, Jackson Baker, who was skeptical of any theory that eliminated Ray as being responsible for Dr. King's death.  Both guests were from Memphis.
