James Johnson works in both traditional and digital mediums to create Fine Art, Illustration, Animation and Sculpture as a means towards supporting and forwarding the ideas he develops for personal projects. His work sometimes reflects a variety of art styles that he has absorbed from admiring the techniques from both past and present Illustrators and artists. He also invents new art techniques that allows him to be highly flexible with tailoring the appropriate look to a project at hand.
