James 2:14-26 is the text for this lesson entitled, "Living Faith". In this passage, James contrasts a living, useful faith with a dead, useless faith. Living faith responds to the needs of others and is not satisfied with well-meaning words that are not followed up with commitment to be involved.
So, our faith is not something we just have or hold. Instead, we embrace faith as a way of life that responds and is not satisfied with just a claim!
