James O'Neill and Mostyn Findlay are two of the hardworking and hilarious men who won gold at the Canadian University Men's Rugby Championship this past November. We caught up with them and talked about: growing up & playing rugby together; taking on their rivals UBC for a championship title; the universal rugby community; and so much more.
