Running a marathon is a huge undertaking.
It requires months of preparation , hardwork and commitment.
For some they may consider going on to complete a duathlon or maybe even stretch to a triathlon.
Most notably a full distance iron man.
The task at hand is so taxing, that some participants reward themselves by having the ‘iron man’ race event logo tattooed on them!
An iron man triathlon, is a 2.4 mile swim, followed immediately by a 112 mile bike cycle followed immediately by a 26.22 mile marathon run.
Most participants will complete this anywhere from 15 hours +.
But imagine doing this ,again and again and again and again, day after day, with no rest days.
Doing this for 50 consecutive days…
The moment you have finished your triathlon, your getting into your RV with your wife, and five children (which are aged between 6-12 years old) to drive through the night to the next state in America, to restart and go again…
Well this is what the iron cowboy did, James Lawrence has completely re written the script for what we as human beings believed to be physically possible for the human potential.
Most recently, he completed 101 iron man distance triathlons in 101 consecutive days.
What mindset does it take?
