In today's episode I am joined by James Tremain, Transformational Coach who Retrains False beliefs through: Lucid Dreaming, Yoga & Breathwork. James has totally transformed his life from working a variety of societal 'norm' jobs to taking a risk, flying to Ibiza, attending his first ecstatic dance and having the confidence to try plant medicine. James had already undergone a physical transformation changing his drinking, drug and eating habits back in 2019, shedding friends which led him to want to shift his mindset and open his heart.

James had been emotionally disconnected from himself for many years, relying on weed to numb his feelings and living more of a party life. Since ecstatic dance and the plant medicine James has since flown all over the globe to study yoga, breathwork, lucid dreaming and philosophy to now creating online and in person courses to help and guide others with his learnings.
