We often fail to realize just how powerful our words are. Often without much thought or effort, we put words out there that might as easily build up as they tear down. Let’s be aware of the power we wield. Even at a historically challenging moment, James called the early church to following Jesus’ way - even down to how we used our words to influence others. We can take that challenge today. It seems like a perfect time to wield our words with thoughtfulness, hope, & grace (James 3:1-12)
