Season 2 Episode 13 "Jami has stolen Jesus" with Jami Amerine

We welcome the funny, intense, loving Jami Amerine to our show. Jami says - I was forcibly pushed into blogging, and I LOVE IT!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!  I have met and interacted with people all over the world! I have never had so much fun. The psychobabble that I share on this blog is probably not the wisest on the internet, but if it resonates with a few, hey, that’ll do! I am a wife to Justin, and mother to Maggie, John, Luke, Sophie, Sam, and Charlie.  We are on a reprieve from foster care as we recover from the removal of a long-term placement. My husband Justin and I have a ranch near our home and we love to travel and “just be.”  However, we recently relocated to the North Houston. I have a Master’s Degree in Education, Counseling, and Human Development, but don’t let that fool you, I am not sure how I pulled that off. I also have an undergraduate degree in Family and Consumer Sciences (yeah, Home Ec.). I can cook anything, but don’t ask me to sew.So since this journey began I have been featured on numerous occasions on foreverymom.com and several other syndications sites including scarymommy.com and mamalode.com,  You can also find me on Fox News, Today Parenting, and Huffington!     Basically, you only have to read a couple of my blog posts to get the gist. It is pretty cut and dry. I love my husband and my kids, I am afraid of flying, my Xanax is on automatic refill, I am addicted to Jesus, Facebook, blogging, and babies. I love to travel and hang at my parents’ lake house outside of Houston, Texas.My dad is my #1 fan. My husband and sons don’t read my blog because they are dyslexic and are waiting for it to come out on audio.  I have run the gamut in trying to raise perfect humans and I am proud to say… I failed. They are imperfectly wonderful!  I am a Christian who tends to get snarky. I am anti-Jesus fish because I am a lousy driver, so I don’t think He wants me to advertise on my 12 passenger van for Him. And I have decided my political affiliation is Conservative, Liberal, Socialist.  I have my own ticket. Such a fun talk!
