Today we interview small business owner, Jamie Cartledge who owns two Aqua Tots swim schools in the Phoenix Area. Jamie has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to swim safety. Jamie was the first franchisee of Aqua-Tots. Now Aqua-Tots has over 100 locations across the country.
