We discuss the case of Jamie Osuna, self proclaimed “The Man with 1000 faces” and the murder of Ms Peña as well as his cell mate Luis Romero. The latter was murdered inside his jail cell by Osuna who continued to mutilate the body removing parts and wearing them in a necklace. Jamie wrote on the walls of his cell with the blood of his victim and proceeded to decapitate him with a makeshift weapon. The question still stands as to how long were these inmates left unsupervised for Osuna to have time to do all these heinous acts with a small makeshift weapon.
