Here are some updates about the three minute workouts I have been creating. Three minute workouts are inspired by 12 three minute rounds in boxing. My thing is just to set the timer and go. I'm trying to get in the "flow state" while doing this almost in meditation mode. Thank you for listening. I would love to hear your input.
