This is a Full Moon Meditation for the first Full Moon in January 2024. The Full Moon happens on January 25th and is also known as the Wolf Moon.
It may bring somewhat intense emotional energy, as all the light pouring into the Earth continues to stir up old paradigm fear-based energies to be cleared and released. Awareness is key!
Let yourself clear and transmute any old emotional patterns and negative thoughts and bring in transformation.
Let's not forget that often, the initial move toward transformation and bringing in fresh opportunities and potentials is about gaining insight into what needs an overhaul or needs to be cleared. That's the beginning of the journey on the other side of release.
