Today's reading covers Exodus 13-15 and covers the amazing  event of Moses parting the Red Sea for the Jewish people to cross it!  Of special note in today's reading is the quick discouragement of the Jewish people at the first sign of trouble as they left Egypt. I want us  to ALL be encouraged to look to GOD when we have difficulties and remember that God does not set us up for failure. He is always with us, the same way He was always with the Jewish people as they left Egypt and  made their way across the Red Sea. Let us not forget the amazing ways  God has provided for us in the past and become scared of the present  circumstances or  be worried about the future. Instead, let us remember the ways God has provided for us and been there for us in the past and continue to trust in God to care for us and provide for us now and in  the future.
