Monthly contributor to the show, About.com’s Derrick Riches, joins me to talk about some hot new items available for sale to the BBQ and grilling market.

After the break, I will be joined by Robyn Lindars from Grill Grrrl.com. Robyn will break down some recipes for the Super Bowl and also hit some Valentines Day items as well.

Hour 2:

(RELOAD) Scott Nelson, Pitmaster of Swine Assassins BBQ Team, will join me to talk about his spectacular 2011. When it was all said and done, the team grabbed a 2nd place overall in the KCBS standings and claimed the top spot in the Iowa BBQ Society. I will get Scott’s take on the season, what was good and bad and what he hopes to do in 2012.
