Welcome to a new season of “It’s a Single Mom Thing”, the show for single moms by single moms. 

We are excited to kick off our season with a month of New Year’s Solutions. It’s a new year,  new you and it’s time to work out what’s not working for you! I mean, if you are going to have to work, why not work on you, right!!! 

• First, we are going to start losing some weight as we learn to “Let Go of Some Baggage”
• Followed by a little resistance training
• “Tuning Out Temptations”. 
• Then we are going to see what is on that plate of yours as we discuss some “Food for Thought” and close the end of the month bringing up your rear, as we 
• “Reshape Your Bottom Line”.  

So I challenge you, solo momma to solo momma, to come back next Monday and take a step away from the pain and gain a new you!
