While The Blue Frontier may be new, the Team Assessment monster episode is not. Regardless, the triumvirate take a deep dive into the team and individual performance numbers, cross reference them with the eye test, and come up with the root cause issues that are driving the lack of success in the first team. While some of the individual performances should be no surprise, other metrics provided some pretty interesting insight into aspects of the team's underperformance that might have been going unnoticed. And per usual, James, Shan, and Ryan arrive at conclusions on Everton's biggest needs going into the transfer window as well as a bit of a referendum on Sean Dyche himself. Thank you all for listening!
