Japan [日本] has been closing power plants [發電廠], especially their nuclear [原子能] power plants.  With so much less electricity Japanese must stop using so much of it. The Japanese government is hoping casual [便裝] clothing can help. So the government and UNIQLO are teaming up to show Japanese businessmen how to dress and still be comfortable when the office’s air conditioner is turned off.
