Today we talk about Setsubun, a traditional Japanese event. The ogres are chased away with beans, and afterwards beans are eaten as many times as the year. We also silently eat a sushi roll called ehomaki, facing the direction of good luck, which changes every year. This is not a joke, but an actual traditional event that has continued from long ago.
