A Japanese rocket has exploded seconds after it was launched. The Solid-fueled rocket that went up in flames sent smoke billowing into the air while burning debris fell near the launch pad below.  The Tokyo start-up that built the rocket was racing to become Japan's first private company to put a satellite into orbit.
