As a recovering perfectionist I have had to learn to forgive myself and others for when I am disappointed. I’ve also had to learn there are usually more than one point of view for every situation. I want to apologize for the last few weeks episodes not being released on time. Or another point of view is I took some time off to move and my listeners got to build anticipation before the concluding episodes with Jarred are released. Either point of view is valid.
Today’s episode comes with a trigger warning. My guest Jarred talks extensively about his cousins suicide. If that isn’t your cup of tea, please tune in next week for a more lighthearted trauma.
