I never thought we'd hit anyone duller than Garen but oof. Here we are! The Exemplar of Demacia seems to have trouble deciding between serving his country or being a reckless dolt, and that didn't sit well with us. Most of his potential lies in the people around him, mostly because Jarvan's lore isn't really about Jarvan. But it did make us excited to learn more about Shyvana one day!
