Former Special Forces Sergeant and star of SAS: Who Dares Wins Jason Fox commando rolls into the office for a session on risk, pain and defecating behind enemy lines.

Joe’s mission is to help Jason accept that ‘who dares’ doesn’t always win and perhaps he should adopt more caution in his life. It also presents a chance for Joe to ask all the questions he wanted to know about the forces… can Jason debunk the myth about Commandos wearing underwear?

The boys share compelling stories about their evolving relationships with mental health, particularly how Jason was forced to leave the military due to his PTSD.
And it wouldn’t be a proper session without some exercises barely grounded in actual science. Jason teaches Joe how to cope with pain, and Joe makes Jason come face to face with his ultimate danger… getting someone’s name wrong at a party.
