Jason Hershey with his wife Kimberlee have been full-time missionaries with Youth With A Mission since 1999.  They moved as intercessors to Washington DC in 2004 where they have pioneered YWAM DC and two 24/7 lamps of prayer, David's Tent DC and the American Center for Prayer and Revival.
