Bringing his experience as a lawyer, former naval officer and business executive in high tech, Jason Jackson joined Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts with a strategic eye on talent. Jason is working strategically through everything from figuring out the talent needed in the future to how best to attract the right people, to how to develop the internal workforce, and onto reengineering compensation strategies in order to incent innovation. Jason offers state leaders some practical perspective about human resources as a true strategic component of state government.
