He's also currently coaching for the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League. On today's show we talked about everything that has to do with speed training, Jason revealed his top 5 exercises to improve sprinting speed, and he also talked about his story of going unrecruited in high school to becoming a Minnesota Twins draft pick.

The 2017-2018 off-season was one to remember for sure! My high school, college, and professional athletes worked extremely hard this winter and have some fantastic results to show for it!
