Jason Oriana is the founder of Emphasis La, a digital marketing and website development agency. He graduated from ITT Tech in 2016 and was looking for a job in software development. However, he struggled to find a job as most places wanted an entry-level person with five years of experience. He was also older than the owners and managers he was interviewing with. His experience as an insurance salesman inspired his path to entrepreneurship. He could not make money in that role, but he stayed for three years because he enjoyed the training. This experience pushed him to turn to entrepreneurship, and he has since found success in his own business.
