I had such a great time talking with Jason Stout of Outward Bound USA for this episode. I met Jason last June at the National Alliance for Grieving Children Symposium in Snowbird, Utah, and I knew I wanted to have him on the show. Outward Bound is a unique program that uses the outdoors to inspire personal growth.

• How he did a 78-day winter Outward Bound expedition when he was a young adult, and how this was important as he dealt with multiple death losses he had as a child, including his dad at age 14;
