Jason Treu (pronounced troy) took an unconventional path that was started when completing law school. When doing research with other law students and lawyers he asked the question, “Are you happy?” The responses, mostly non-verbal, told the story. Most hadn’t considered the question, hadn’t thought about or were confused by the question all together. Jason’s path from New York to San Francisco to Texas while working at start-ups and fortune 50 companies helped him become the Chief People Office he is today.
