Though the poverty rate has remained stable, the number of residents living in poverty here in the city of Philadelphia is approximately 26%. Jason Zerbe sat down with Matt Cabrey, Executive Director of Select Greater Philadelphia, a council of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, about how the team at First Step Staffing focuses on creating sustainable forms of income.  Jason explained how everyday he and his team are supporting people who are caught in the cycle of unemployment and poverty by finding those individuals lasting jobs.
