Last night (Oct. 1, 2019) Javier passed away. The young fighter from Oxnard touched many lives in and out of the ring. He became the first ever BKB Welterweight champion winning the tournament for the new brand. About seven years ago I got the pleasure to chat with this polite young man. Rest In Peace my friend.
