Jay and Liz Adams were born and raised in Rye, New York. Starting out in the world of finance, they are now fitness professionals currently living in NYC. The brother-sister duo have been training and competing together in the sport of CrossFit and other fitness style competitions for over 7 years. But that is about to change as they both embark on the next chapter of their own individual journeys.
