Musician, songwriter and producer, Jay is most well known as a member of Rascal Flatts.  He shares stories about Rascal Flatts' and their decades long career, and he even has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. 
In 2018, Jay founded Red Street Records, an independent Christian music label, and is currently working with artists such as Chris Lane and Ryan Griffin.
