Fresh off his week getaway to cuba, SB is back and the S-U-P crew connect for another episode. They start out by catching up with SB and his time away which steers them into sharing some perspective on racism. After break one Bun and Pree share a bit on how their weeks went and how much they despise porta potties. As proud Canadians they could't resist getting at olympic track star Noah Lyles and his loss in the men's 200m and all his theatrics that came with it. Out of break two Bun plays the latest release from hometown artist PVRX and they debate a bit about his notoriety while Bun slips in his fake Tony Yayo shoutout. To end off they get into the upcomming aution for Dame Dash's one third of Jay Z's legendary Reasonable Doubt album.
