Dr Boyce Watkins analyzes the lawsuit filed against Jay-Z's Roc Nation sports over a boxer, Daniel Franco, who suffered serious brain damage as a result of taking on too many matches within a short period of time.

The question is whether or not Jay-Z should be required to pay, when the boxer made the personal decision to participate in his chosen sport. Franco went into a coma shortly after his last fight and this has led to serious litigation as a result.
