the founder of White Hot Hair. Having worked in the beauty industry for over
20 years, when Jayne stopped dyeing her hair and couldn’t find the right
products, she decided to create her own range. Alyson and Jayne discuss
going grey, the increased visibility of older models, running a successful
business, bad hair days and challenging stereotypes.
