From learning piano from Lenny Tristano – who was a neighbor as a kid – to attending the New England Conservatory of Music briefly – moving on to San Francisco in the 1980s, working with the great Jaco Pastorious, being a part of the venture "Brian Melvins Nightfood" featuring Bob Weir and many other tasty tales ..
