Talking to Logan in his current home of Paris, France, he opened up about his latest, critically acclaimed album Shift released in 2016 .. He also elaborated on growing up in Kansas City, playing with Harold O’Neal at Paseo High, Saturday Classes at the American Jazz Museum meeting and learning from cats like Max Roach .. He spent some quality time in New York after growing up in Kansas City and has some thoughts on this jazz town he grew up in .. He also comes back and did in May of 2016 to play at the Blue Room and recording on Hermon Mehari’s first solo album ..
