JB caught up with him to chat about his 16th (or is it 17th?) studio album, how he still gets a kick out of performing music, why he released one album under his real name (not Diesel or Johnny Diesel!) and what it was like working with Talking Heads band member turned uber-producer, Jerry Harrison.
