GTC ' s initial jump into the technical support arena began with supporting dial-up services provided by independent telephone companies (ITCs). GTC saw the niche market for providing support services to the ITCs value added internet services. As the technology used for internet services changed so did the need for GTC to expand its understanding of the new technologies and incorporate those in its web of support services. From dial-up, ISDN, DSL, and cable to fixed wireless, hotspot wireless, and fiber, GTC ' s staff has evolved to support the latest technologies while still maintaining a firm understanding of technologies of the past. At GTC we provide and design technical support call center solutions that match our clients ' needs. We take the time to learn exactly how their business operates and how we can integrate their processes with our tried-and-true service delivery methods. We then design and develop a technical support solution to perform the call center functions that our clients require. GTC ' s support solutions incorporate the flexibility necessary to make updates as client needs change and expand support for the latest technologies. GTC provides 24/7/365 services to allow our clients the freedom to focus on their core business objectives, has been in the technical support business since 1999, and will be around to adapt and support you as your business changes. JC Baldwin, President GTC Technical Support JC began her career in Silicon Valley, migrating to Washington State with the primary goal of avoiding traffic and congested freeways. In this journey she had the privilege of working with highly innovative people in highly successful organizations, such as Tandem Computers, Motorola, Microsoft, and several start-ups (including ISP ' s). JC quickly identified primary keys for success in all of these organizations, among which were providing superior customer service, consistent education and training, delivering world class customer service, maintaining a dynamic environment, excelling in customer service, encouraging open communication, and.....awesome customer service. JC is proud to be part of, and work with, the quality individuals that make up the team at GTC. Brandon Burke Director of IT Operations Brandon began with GTC as a level 1 support technician while going to college for computer science and network administration. Brandon started the development of GTC ' s internal software soon after joining the team. What was initially a foray into writing a call ticketing software expanded into a proprietary multi-module CRM software that GTC uses today to support their clients. In addition to being GTC ' s software developer he also oversees GTC ' s internal IT operations.
