Last evening, Prime Minister and Leader of the Jamaica Labour Party, Dr. Andrew Holness, pledged to raise the minimum wage to thirty two thousand dollars, over the next few years, if the JLP is returned to power after Wednesday's election. The current minimum wage is $16000.
