Co-Host Brad Forsythe interviews Mike Boylson, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the J.C. Penney Corporation. Previously, Boylson served as Vice President and Director of Marketing Planning and Promotions. In 1999, he was selected to serve on the strategic task force that led and directed the implementation of the retailer's centralization, a landmark undertaking in JCPenney's 100-year history. Boylson's background includes positions as District Manager, Regional Business Planning Manager, Senior Merchandising Manager, and Store Manager. He Joined JCPenney in 1978 as a Management Trainee.
