JDA Software: Nathalie Carruthers

As Executive Vice President and Chief Associate Success Officer, Nathalie Carruthers is passionate about attracting, retaining and engaging the best and brightest associates for JDA.   Nathalie’s extensive human resources experience spans more than 20 years with leadership positions at Benchmark Electronics, Lumileds, Flex and Solectron (acquired by Flex). In her most recent role leading HR at Benchmark, she developed an organizational framework for standardized processes, fostered an environment for growing the company’s next-generation leaders and focused on enhancing the customer centric culture.   Throughout her career Nathalie has championed programs focused on global talent management, talent acquisition and total rewards, as well as identifying and deploying world-class human resources systems and programs. She began her career with The Conference Board of Canada, Canada’s foremost independent, not-for-profit applied research organization in Canada. She owns a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa.   When she’s not focused on building powerful teams at JDA, you might find this self-described sports mom cheering for one! An avid fan of hockey, soccer and football, she is a supporter of both her son’s and daughter’s collegiate soccer teams as well as her favorite professional team, the Liverpool Football Club.
