I had a really powerful meditation this morning and I ended up going into a part of myself that I denied being there and wanted to heal. And that part is feeling jealous and envious of some of the people closest to me like my best mate. This is obviously hard to admit but in doing so and with the help of my best mate, have come to look at it in a different light. One of encouragement and inspiration.
