Jean L. Minkel is a physical therapist and master clinician internationally recognized for her work in assistive technology.  In addition to being  an educator and consultant to every facet of the assistive technology and seating & mobility world, Jean has authored and edited a couple great works including a video series entitled "Spending or Investing - Funding Assistive Technology"... a terrific series designed to provide support for smoothing-out the ridiculously complex funding process for Assistive Technology.
