Jed and Katie Carter are language researchers in Papua New Guinea. They find and advocate for communities whose language has not yet been written. Jed grew up a third culture kid and Katie always wanted to work across cultures from a young age. They have three adventurous young daughters and they have just recently returned to their island home in the southwestern Pacific ocean.
