Ballot measure 6A is for a .05% sales tax in Chaffee County to benefit affordable housing. 

Ballot measure 6B is a necessary debrucing measure that would allow the Chaffee Housing Authority to keep and use millions of dollars in grant monies it already has, rather than be required to forfeit it back to the government.
